Chef Eric Gaffin’s unique culinary vision comes from his passion for cuisine and high standards of excellence. Chef 's true culinary passion is creating seasonal and local inspired menus, which are tailor made for each of his clients. Chef has dedicated and showcased his passion for culinary arts since 1985, designing and creating in some of the East Coast’s most elite restaurants, catering companies, and private country clubs. Over the years Eric has had the pleasure of working with Foreign Ambassadors, Award Winning Actors, Fashion Icons, Legendary Musicians, and Elite Athletes.
