“Charleston Hospitality catered our wedding on May 1 at the Island House. The menu was amazing…EVERYONE loved the food. My husband & I each ate at the reception and AGAIN at our hotel room later because Amanda packed us an awesome to go basket. Everything was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted amazing & fresh, and the staff was awesome. They also donated our leftovers to a local charity which gets a HUGE thumbs up! Eric & Amanda have been AMAZING to work with, and we plan to call on them again for our next big party!”

“I could spend all day writing a
review about Charleston Hospitality. Chef Eric and Amanda made our day perfect. The food was
amazing, fresh, presented beautifully and tasted so good that people had two
and three plates. Many had no room for drinks or cake! All anyone has been able
to talk about was how amazing the food was. Fresh grouper, tuna, dates,
cheese…I wish I was getting married again.
Amanda saved my nerves since it was raining on the wedding day...she just
rolled with it and everything was set-up beautifully. They rented the linens,
plates, tables and chairs. I didn't have to do a thing. Their staff was
personable and made me feel so comfortable.
I don't think our day would have been half this good if Charleston Hospitality hadn't catered,
they were one of the BEST parts of our day!! When John and I finally go back to
our hotel room they had packed a little to-go box for us with all the best
parts of the wedding meal and included a card and silverware. It was the
perfect ending to our day. *THEY EVEN WRAPPED A PIECE OF OUR WEDDING CAKE.*
